Europe’s largest WtE facility is currently under construction in Istanbul. Together with the Turkish partner Makyol, HZI is acting as general contractor in the project. The Swiss export risk insurance company SERV has now received two awards for its extraordinary merits in this project in Istanbul: firstly the “Environmental Enhancement ECA-backed Deal of the Year Award” from TXF and secondly in the category “Best Deal of the Year” by Global Trade Review.
HZI is looking forward to continuing this fruitful partnership in this very important project, and to work together in future projects to foster renewable energy and circular economy.
