Change in Management: Introduction of the New CEO

I am pleased to inform you that Bruno-Frédéric Baudouin (46) will be taking over as CEO of Hitachi Zosen Inova. Mr Baudouin was latterly Operations General Manager for Europe and Africa in the Gas Power Systems division at GE POWER Switzerland. He brings with him many years’ experience in the energy sector, having held a range of managerial positions in Switzerland and abroad, and we are convinced that he will be able to take our company forward successfully.
Mr. Baudouin will start work as CEO in January, 2018. Katsuhisa Tsuji, who has been acting as CEO ad interim since October 2017, will continue to serve the company in his existing position as CTO.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Franz-Josef Mengede, the former CEO of Hitachi Zosen Inova from August 2013 to September 2017, for his contribution to the company and wish him all the very best for the future.
Sadao Mino
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hitachi Zosen Inova
