The Berlin Conference on Waste Management and Energy is the largest specialist event at the interface between waste treatment and energy in the German-speaking region. On the one hand, the plenary session addresses current and future-related topics in the circular economy and associated energy issues from a political, legal and economic perspective. On the other hand, the specialist sessions focus on the technology of waste incineration, including the downstream processes through to CO2 capture and use, as well as on the exchange of operational experiences.
The BKAWE has established itself as an annual meeting of the industry and enables an intensive exchange with opinion leaders, experts and decision-makers over two days.
