Executive Board

Bruno-Frédéric BaudouinBruno-Frédéric Baudouin, Chief Executive Officer & Member of the Supervisory Board Before taking over as CEO of Hitachi Zosen Inova in January 2018 Bruno-Frédéric Baudouin was Operations General Manager for Europe, Africa & large EPC projects worldwide in the Gas Power Systems Division at GE Power, Switzerland. He brings with him many years’ experience in the energy sector, having held a range of managerial positions in Switzerland and abroad. Bruno-Frédéric Baudouin holds two Master of Science of École Polytechnique & École Nationale du Petrole et des Moteurs in France, as well as a Master of Business & Administration of INSEAD in France.


Andres KronenbergAndres Kronenberg, Chief Business Development, joined Von Roll Environment Technology Ltd. in 1994 as a project manager, becoming Head of Marketing, Sales and Proposals in 2004. From 2011 to 2013 he headed global market development for renewable power plants at ABB. On his return to HZI in 2013, Andres played a key role in expanding the business portfolio towards organic waste management and in the Kompogas takeover. Since November 2017 he has headed Group Business Development at HZI, and in April 2018 was appointed to the HZI Executive Board. Andres Kronenberg studied chemical engineering before doing a postgraduate diploma in environmental technology and a master’s in business administration.


Heiko Wiesner, CFOHeiko Wiesner, Chief Financial Officer In January 2019 Hitachi Zosen Inova appointed Heiko Wiesner as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Shared Services. Heiko brings with him 25 years of experience in the operational and financial leadership of project and service businesses across the Power and Transport industries. Working for multi-national organisations, he has been based in a number of countries during his career, including Switzerland, UK and Brazil.
Heiko Wiesner holds an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen and a Masters in Business Economics from the Helmut-Schmidt University in Hamburg.


Supervisory Board

Michi Kuwahara, Chairman of the Board Michi Kuwahara, Chairman of the Supervisory Board After the acquisition in December 2010 by Hitachi Zosen Corporation (HZC), Michi Kuwahara served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Hitachi Zosen Inova. He was significantly involved in both the integration process and the development of HZI as part of HZC. Since joining Hitachi Zosen Corporation in 1986, he has held various leadership roles in the finance sector in both the US as well as Japan. Since March 2015, Mr Kuwahara has served as Associate Executive Officer and General Manager at HZC’s Corporate Planning Department and since April 2018, he is a member of the Executive Officers at Hitachi Zosen Corporation.


Toshiyuki Shiraki, Member of the BoardToshiyuki Shiraki, Member of the Supervisory Board, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Hitachi Zosen Inova AG since 1 April 2019. Since he joined Hitachi Zosen Corporation (HZC) in 1984, he has held key positions in the environmental engineering field and has been involved in international EfW projects in Taiwan, Korea and mainland China. In April 2019, Toshiyuki Shiraki assumed the role of General Manager of Environment Business Headquarters at HZC. Prior to that he was General Manager of Business Planning & Technology Development Headquarters. Since June 2016, he has also served on the HZC Board of Directors. Toshiyuki Shiraki has a master’s degree in environmental and sanitary engineering from Kyoto University.
