Koichiro Anzai, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Koichiro Anzai has served as Chairman of the
Supervisory Board of Hitachi Zosen Inova AG since the take-over by Hitachi Zosen Corporation (HQ) on December 20, 2010.

In addition to his position in Zurich, he has served as Representative Director and Executive Vice President of Hitachi Zosen Corporation since April 1, 2010, where he is also in charge of sales.

He joined the company in April 1968 and has held the positions of Manager of Export Promotion Officer Strategy Office, Managing Executive Officer, Chief Director of Energy Plan Business, Chief Director of Sales, Senior Managing Director and Manager of Sales Planning Office in HQ.




Michi Kuwahara, Member  of the Board

Mr. Michi Kuwahara served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Hitachi Zosen Inova AG since the take-over by Hitachi Zosen Corporation (HQ) on December 20, 2010.

He joined the company in April 1986 and has held
the positions of Treasurer of Hitachi Zosen U.S.A. Ltd (New York), Manager of Finance Department of Universal Shipbuilding Corporation (Kawasaki, Japan), Manager of
Accounting & Finance Department of the company, and General Manager, Administration Department of Engineering Headquarters at the of the company.

Seiji Shimoda, Member of the Board

Mr. Seiji Shimoda has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Hitachi Zosen Inova AG since the take-over by Hitachi Zosen Corporate (HQ) on December 20, 2010.

Prior to his position in Zurich, he served as Executive Officer of Hitachi Zosen Corporation from April 1, 2010 until March 31, 2011
